After watching the Red Cloud/Pine Ridge district game, I totally understand why Red Cloud hasn’t been the same team since losing Bryer Cottier. He is a great player that took some of the offensive burden off Carl Swallow. Red Cloud really doesn’t have anyone to pick up that slack. Jeremy Blacksmith could be effective if he would get off the three point line and get himself posted up. He is very athletic, but can’t shoot out there. Carl is going to have to score 50 for Red Cloud to have a chance in this game. When STM gets there big guys involved, they are very tough to beat. They are so strong, and can find the open shooter when they get doubled. STM by 25.

Again I ask, who has Red Cloud beat?
STM by 26, then the subs go in while Rama keeps his starters shooting away. STM by 14 in the end.
The only real question for the state A tourney is, will Rapid City’s all-star team (STM) get any love from the east? Unfortunately for STM, the real state championship game is Tuesday night when Madison plays SFC in the Elmen center.

El Guapo, what were the scores of the Madison/SFC game and the scores of the STM/SFC game? I thought SFC kind of handled Madison when they played earlier. If I remember right, STM had a lead and blew it in the 4th to lose to SFC, but was still a close game. You know more about Madison and SFC than I do, but in a state tourney, where you play 3 days in a row, the team with the most depth has got to have the advantage. Tell you what, if SFC wins state, all of us west river guys will “chip in” and get you a sweater for your birthday.

Wait a minute guys! STM by 26 & 25? lol! I think it’ll be a little closer than that. I’m not a big fan of Rama and his tactic’s, but Swallow and company imho, will keep it interesting for at least a half of BB. Which half you ask? That’s anyone guess! lol

Like I said, if Carl can score 50, Red Cloud will be in the game. If not, this ones a laugher. If RC had Cottier, this would be a good one, but he’s watching this game. STM 77 RC 52.

Hmmm, Cheif. Sound’s to me that the “Crazies” weren’t STM. I’m sure the refs all got together and discussed how they are going to beat cheat “Brown Skins” The only thing you’ve said that holds any water that I’ve seen is, “STM is better tho” You make it so easy NOT to root n cheer for RC.
