TRY IT, YOU MIGHT LIKE IT………

Stevens Raiders have another chance at State after beating the Douglas Patriots 70-54 last night.   I have to be honest, I was surprised to see Caleb Stanley as high scorer for the Raiders.  Up to this point he had no real presence on the court.  Frankly, if it wasn’t for his aggressive offense the Raiders would have been driving away from Box Elder with a loss.  It’s great to see Stanley coming on strong now.  Let’s just hope that the whole team does the same when they go up against Aberdeen on Tuesday.  That first go-round wasn’t pretty.  The entire Stevens’ roster will need to make a presence in that game in order to beat Aberdeen.   Like I’ve always said, if the  Raiders can put together four full quarters of basketball they might add a couple more wins.  Now would be a great time to try that.
